We are co-developing a new travel and expense experience, named Complete by SAP Concur and Amex GBT, built on top of the Concur Travel platform. We will be working together to create innovations to better serve our customers.
In a single AI-powered experience with global reach, Complete by SAP Concur and Amex GBT unifies travel booking, servicing, and expensing. Complete is built to learn, designed to fit, and be delightfully seamless. Complete anticipates preferences, hyper-personalizes the journey, and empowers decisions, delivering unprecedented visibility and control with comprehensive data insights- making sophisticated travel programs feel effortless for organizations.
What does Complete offer?
Complete delivers a modern co-branded look and feel, a unified mobile app, and a growing set of co-developed innovations. Customers on Complete continue to use the same logins and passwords as their other SAP Concur solutions. To access the Complete mobile app, users can download it from the iOS or Android App Stores and sign in using their SAP Concur credentials or via SSO.
Automatic Activation for Complete by SAP Concur and Amex GBT
Automatic activations of Complete are no longer occurring. During the course of coming product updates, Complete customers will be contacted when their configurations become eligible. To kick off the process, customers simply need to sign the Sales Order Form to add the solution to their contract at no extra cost.
This update ensures that the service is accurately documented and formalizes the addition of Complete, without any changes to your existing pricing or contract term.
Which configurations are eligible for Complete?
Eligibility is at the travel configuration level. The following conditions must be met:
- Must be a mutual customer of SAP Concur and Amex GBT
- Travel configuration must be on (or eligible for) new Concur Travel for Air, Hotel, and Car
- For customers serviced by multiple TMCs, only travel configurations with Amex GBT are eligible
- Complete is currently available only in countries where Amex GBT provides TMC services through a proprietary presence. Please review our FAQ (pg. 14) for more details.
