How Do I Raise a Case with SAP Concur Support?

To raise a case with SAP Concur Support, you will:

 

  • Need to be an Authorized Support Contact. Only site administrators can be Authorized Support Contacts.

or

  • Your company will need to have purchased the User Support Desk feature.

 

If you have access to raise a case with SAP Concur Support, you will see a Support button in the upper right-hand corner of the SAP Concur homepage. Also, using the Help dropdown menu you will see an option labeled Contact Support. Selecting either of these options will take you to the SAP Concur Support Portal.

 

If you do have User Support Desk and have opened the SAP Concur Support Portal, you will see an option that highlights Create a Case or View My Cases. This is where you will be able to create a new case that is sent to our SAP Concur Support teams or update any of your existing cases.  Within the SAP Concur Support Portal, you will also see the Support hotline if you wish to contact a specialist directly or Chat with our Support Engineers.

If you do not see the Support options, this means SAP Concur Support is provided by your company’s internal resources and you should contact either your company’s SAP Concur administrator, your Accounts Payable department or your technical support team.
