Control Center
To improve efficiency and help you spend more time on what matters, SAP Concur has introduced Control Center, a centralized hub built specifically for you. It provides real-time visibility into your expense program's performance, highlighting configuration issues, AI-powered recommendations, and data trends across key metric areas: expense report send-backs, audit rule health, expense type configuration, and unassigned corporate cards.
Control Center is part of the new Spend Administration experience. You can access it via Administration > Expense (Professional) or Administration > Expense Settings (Standard) and select Control Center from the Favorites section. For more details, view the release notes and view the demo video.
Professional Edition requires the EXP_ADMIN or EXP_ADMIN_RO role, while all Standard Edition admins have access.

Expense Automation Agent for U.S.
To reduce the administrative burden on your employees, the Expense Automation Agent, powered by Joule, can now automatically build and populate expense reports on their behalf. It draws from bookings in Concur Travel, Concur TripLink, TripIt, credit card transactions, e-receipts, ExpenseIt, and historical expense data.
Your employees simply review and submit, reducing the time required to complete business trip expenses by up to 30% and accelerating reimbursements.

Upon initial release, the agent supports single-destination trip reports and monthly Expense Assistant reports in the English (U.S.) language.

Policy Assistance: Policy Tips
To help educate your travelers about company policies for trips, Policy Assistance features AI-generated tips at key points in the travel planning process.
After you upload your company’s travel and expense (T&E) policy documents, generative AI suggests tailored policy tips that you can review, edit, or replace. You can configure these tips to appear to your employees before and/or during the trip.
AI-generated tips is currently available in English only. However, you can create and edit tips manually, allowing guidance to be provided in other languages.

Legal Entity Management and Enriched User Experience
To help you manage legal entity assignments more efficiently, SAP Concur has introduced an enhanced Legal Entity Management experience. The updated interface simplifies the process of creating and managing legal entities, as well as assigning users.
For organizations looking to scale, new APIs enable automated legal entity setup and updates, helping reduce manual effort and streamline integration with existing systems.
The enhanced experience is automatically available to Concur Expense and Concur Travel admins. Organizations that want to automate legal entity management can integrate the new APIs with their existing systems.

AI-assisted pre-submit receipt check
To reduce audit rework, speed up reimbursement, and improve user satisfaction, AI-assisted pre-submit receipt check automatically checks for common receipt issues, like missing data, duplicates, and receipt-expense mismatches.
It provides actionable suggestions to help your users fix problems before they submit their expense reports.
The outcome? 10% decrease in sent-back reports.
AI-assisted pre-submit receipt check is currently available to select customers in an Early Adoption Care (EAC) Program, and the General Availability for Concur Expense customers is currently targeted for Q3 2026.
