End-users who have questions about their SAP Concur account can contact their internal SAP Concur site administrator. End- users whose companies have purchased User Support Desk can direct questions or issues regarding the product to SAP Concur Support via the SAP Concur Support Portal. To access the Support Portal, click Help in the upper right-hand corner of SAP Concur when logged in. From the Help options, select Contact Support.
Authorized Support Contacts can direct questions regarding their SAP Concur service or products to their designated SAP Concur Client Success Manager.
