There are a few reasons why the Missing Receipt Declaration option will not be available. They are:
- Only expense items that require receipts (those showing the Receipt image required icon) will be available to use the receipt declaration.
- The Missing Receipt Declaration is only available to the owner of the expense report. Proxies and Delegates will not have access to this option. This is by design because the Declaration is a binding agreement between the employee and the company.
- The Missing Receipt Declaration option was not activated in the site configuration.
