Recently we have seen some posts about Uber and have noticed community members executing searches for topics related to Uber. So, we thought we would provide you with our Uber fact sheet to help you out.

One issue in particular we have seen people post about, is receiving multiple Uber receipts for one ride. In looking at this, I have noticed that this is often due to a traveler finishing their ride, then later adding a tip. For some reason, Uber sends a receipt for the initial ride, then a second receipt for the amount including tip. Obviously this causes some confusion when it is time to do expense reports. 

 

This is a known issue, however you need to contact Uber to resolve the issue.
You can notify Uber by using one of the following options:
  • Email Uber directly at business-support@uber.com 
  • Go to https://help.uber.com/ to contact the Uber support team
