How Do I Cancel a Flight in Concur Travel?

Users can cancel flights after booking, depending on your company’s cancellation policy and ticketing status.

 

To cancel a flight:

  1. When logged into the desktop version of Concur, click Travel at the top of the screen.
  2. From the Travel homescreen, click the Upcoming Trips tab.
  3. Click the trip name (it will be a hyperlink). Your itinerary will open.
  4. Find the flight that needs to be canceled. 
  5. Click Cancel which appears on the right-hand side of the screen.
  6. Follow the next couple of prompts to complete the cancellation. 
  7. Once the reservation is cancelled successfully you will receive a cancellation email of the itinerary.

Please note the following: 

  • The ability to cancel a reservation entirely in Concur Travel is controlled by your travel Agency Configuration. Some configurations may not allow a reservation to be cancelled through Concur Travel.
  • If there is no option to cancel the flight or if you are prompted to contact the TMC directly, you will need to contact the Travel Management Company ( TMC) to request the cancelation. 
  • If you need to find the contact information for your company’s travel agency, go to the Concur homepage and navigate to the Company Notes section.
