The User Concur Travel History report, offered within the SAP Concur Standard Travel reports section, provides a list of all the trips booked by travelers within a company.

 

To extract the User Concur Travel History report, please follow the steps below:

  1. Log into SAP Concur.
  2. Navigate to Reporting > Travel Reports.
  3. Click on User Concur Travel History (located on the left-side, near the bottom).
  4. Search by filters: NameCompanyTrip Request StatusBooking SourceDate Range, and Display/Export format.

Note

  • Only those with the Report User Permission can view/export the SAP Concur Standard Travel reports.
  • To request the Report User Permission, contact your Concur Administrator.
