How Do I Book a Flight in Concur Travel?

To book a flight using Concur Travel, follow these steps:

1. From the SAP Concur home page, in the Flight Search area, select Round-trip or One-way.

2. In the From field enter your departure city or airport code. You will see a list of options appear.

3. Select the appropriate airport.

4. In the To field, enter the arrival city or airport code. You will see a list of options.

5. Select the appropriate arrival airport.

6. Using the Dates field, enter the dates of your trip on the calendar that displays.

7. Click Apply.

8. Click the Cabin field drop down.

9. Select the appropriate cabin class of service. Note: Your company policy might not allow for all classes of service.

10. Click Search.

11. From the search results screen, click the flight that best matches your outbound schedule. The flight details will expand. 

12. Click Select Fare. Note: The Select Fare option appears for those flights that are within policy.

13. From the Return flight results, click the return flight that best matches your schedule. 

14. Click Select Fare

15. Be sure to check the Form of Payment field to ensure the correct payment method displays. Change it, if need be.

16. Check the box to accept the fare rules and restrictions.

17. Scroll down then click Book and Continue.

18. Enter any other required information. Your company may or may not require additional information. 

19. Click Book and Continue.

20. On the Finalize screen, you can change the trip name and/or add a trip description.

21. Click Confirm. If no additional information is required by your company, you can return to the SAP Concur home page.
