There are three ways you can view your unused ticket credits.
- By clicking Travel at the top of the Concur homepage, then selecting Travel Alerts from the Travel home screen.
- Navigate to your Travel profile from Profile>Profile Settings>Personal Information. Then scroll down to the ‘Unused ticket’ section.
- In the Alerts section of the Concur homepage, you will see a notification of your unused ticket.
