How Do I Find Past Expense Reports in SAP Concur?

As an end-user, you can view your past expense reports. However, deleted reports are not archived and cannot be viewed. 

To view your past expense reports:

 

  1. From the SAP Concur home page, click Home.
  2. Select Expense under Applications.
  3. On the Manage Expenses screen, click the Active Reports drop-down.
  4. Select the applicable option from the drop-down list.

Note: If you select Date Range from the drop-down, you can enter any date range you need. SAP Concur keeps a comprehensive history of your expense reports for as long as you have been using the system.
