To make modifications to a trip that has already been booked:
- Click Travel at the top of the SAP Concur homepage.
- Select the Upcoming Trips tab.
- Click the Trip Name (it will appear as a hyperlink).
- Your travel itinerary will display.
- Click the Change link for the itinerary segment you need to change.
- Make the necessary changes.
- Click Save.
If the change option is not available, you must contact your TMC to make any changes.
Note: Many of our customers using Concur Travel do not allow their employees to change flights in SAP Concur once it is ticketed. However, most of our customers do allow changes to Hotel and Car Reservations to be done directly in SAP Concur since these are only reservations and have not yet been purchased.
