Passwords

I'm trying to run the Concur app on my phone when I travel.  It will not let me in the system. 

It is telling me that my password is invalid.  Not sure why.

 

Need help

@MattY have you tried reaching out to your company's internal Concur Administrator? 

 

I take it you are using the same password you use for the desktop version of Concur?

If they have tried numerous attempts at logging in, they could be locked out and then may need a password reset to allow them in again.
