Password Reset Issue

Hi, 

Our colleagues are just logging in for the 1st time, they have been told to select forgot password - login and reset.

One user is trying to input her new password of 12 characters, with 5 numbers and a special character -it says this is 'very strong'  and meets the requirements.
however when she hits submit - it states she needs a  stronger password?

If you are an admin, you can try changing her password manually through her profile in the User Administration portal - could just be an error on Concur's side when resetting a password through the link they send.

If you are an administrator you can verify the policy that exists in:

And in user maintenance you can change your password

On the other hand, there are currently 3 ways to log in to Concur, which ones do you have activated in your company?
