@csubirats the launch of this is a rolling launch by regions. the U,S. is scheduled to be completed by 5pm Pacific time. However, if your users go in now and update their passwords to something that is at least eight characters and assuming you aren't using any of the other password requirement options, they will not be affected the when the launch happens in the U.S.
