Whether you are new to SAP Concur or you have been using SAP Concur for quite some time, you may find an occasion where you need to mass create or edit user profiles. Within the User Administration screen, you can use an import file to accomplish this task. While we have a default Employee Import template that can be downloaded directly from the product, we do have several other Employee Import files that our customers use. The type of data you want included with a new user profile or how much data you want to edit will determine which Employee Import file you should use.
