Jwt error when tryng to get the refresh_token

Hi Community,

We try to setup an APi client using new credentials following the steps as provided in:
https://microlearning.opensap.com/media/Setting-up+OAuth2+Authentication+in+SAP+Concur/1_g12sivv2

We tried to retrieve the refresh token via the first step (within 24 hours) but always get the error message. Jwt is expired. Anybody a clue what can cause this issue?

@ehermans Hello!  I am sorry for the issues you are having with this.  I was looking at some internal docs here and it says for you to create a Support ticket for this, so I would suggest doing that.
