I joined SAP Concur in October of 2007. I started out my career here on Phone Support. I took calls from SAP Concur Administrator's that had questions or concerns with the system. After 2 years of being on Phone Support, I moved to the Expense Solutions team. With that team I was able to assist Admins with Configuration changes to their site. Lastly, I moved back to 2nd Level Support in April of 2019 and continue to assist Admins and SAP Concur Users with questions and issues that arise. In my free time, I enjoy watching my children play sports, spending time with family and friends. I also enjoy a great game of Euchre (card game)!
