Reports V Claims

We have noticed that in production and in our test site, that the wording changes ie, 'Open Reports' v 'Open Claims', no one is changing the language settings, so why would this be happening?  It is very frustrating as we want the training material to replicate what they see in production.  Any ideas??

@Flongm Hi!  So you are saying that it randomly changes from Report to Claim within both Test and Prod sites?  Are you able to send me a Private Message with names of users that are having this happen?  I can quick look into it once I have examples.
