Intelligence Report for Test Data Claim

Hi Everyone, Does anyone know how to make the Intelligence report to display the Test User Claim?

@Dian_Indah Test User claims should show up like any other claim. The only difference is they won't be able to have any Paid status associated to them. 

The only way Test User claims wouldn't be included is if you built a filter on your Cognos report to exclude test users. 

Have you tried building the report yet and weren't successful?

@KevinD by default if we create a report in Cognos, not showing any data for Test users in Production Entity. The below article says, SAP Concur should switch the settings, not sure where this settings. Required your input.

@Karthikhemadri I have to be honest...that article isn't very clear to me. What is it you are trying to accomplish or what is it you are asking exactly?

@KevinD the ask is whether can we run cognos analytics for test reports created in production instance using test users. If a client has only one instance, testing being carried using test user creation. And want to run some analytics in Cognos to create Cognos report and schedule it.

@KevinD yes, you are right about the employee details report. However if create a report to se ethe expenses submitted by a test user, we will not get any data as the default cognos warehouse gets data only for prod users. If we need to export test users expense details to cognos, need to follow the article i pasted.

@Karthikhemadri I asked someone from the reporting team and yes, there is a setting that prevents Test User data from flowing to Cognos, but this can be changed. You would need to submit a help ticket to Concur support to get it changed.

@KevinD thank you for confirming. Any idea if we enable the test data flow to cognos, stops the production data or any impact to production data?

@Karthikhemadri I don't believe it stops the real user data, I think the setting would just include test user data. My reporting contact said the setting is set as it is so that the test user data doesn't throw off reporting totals. I would suggest setting up your report to have the Is a Test User? data item and filter it to say Yes. That way your report will only show test user data. When running other reports, you should filter out test user data, which you would do by adding Is a Test User? to the report and filtering it to say No.
