Missing receipt

My manager has a receipt that is missing. However, her manager needs it. The following message from my manager's manager was sent to me,

"I think there is a way to provide an attestation or something in lieu of a receipt."

I don't know how I can provide proof of a missing receipt. Can someone please help?

@UGarrett many of our customers use the Missing Receipt Affidavit (Declaration). However, only the user themselves can attach this to an expense entry. Delegates cannot attach the MRA for others. So, whoever needs to provide the Affidavit needs to log in and open the report.
