Expense charge

I had an Amex charge for a late fee that I paid personally. How do I remove this from pending charges?

@lwmonday add it to a report and when filling out the details, be sure to check the Personal Expense (do not reimburse) checkbox. All card charges will need to be submitted on a report, unless your company allows deleting card charges.

To see if it can be deleted, go to your Available Expense list, click the little checkbox to select the item and see if the Delete button activates. If it does, click Delete and see if it can be deleted.
