@pete_bova If you go to your expense report there should be a Travel Allowance link or if you are still on our Legacy UI there should be a link that says Details. If you see Details, click this link and you should see an option that says Assigned Itineraries. If you see the Travel Allowance link, click that to see the itinerary.
The next window will show the assigned itinerary. Select the itinerary then click Edit. That should allow you to change the city.
