Paying my personal expense charged to corporate card

What will happen if I pay my personal expenses I had using corporate card without submitting it as claim? Will the “available expense” be cleared?

No, it will not get cleared from "available expenses". You need to add it in your claim and mark it as "personal expense".

@isaballesatosan you should also check to see if your company card is set up where your company pays the bill up front or not. I say this because if they do, then you would need to pay your company back. If they do not, then you would make the payment directly to the card company. I suggest speaking with your direct manager on how this is handled at your company.

Also, what @PoojaKumatkar said is correct. All company card transactions, no matter if they were personal or not, must be submitted.
