How can you get support?

How can you get actual support from Concur? I had a case that they closed saying it was resolved but it was not. I have now called multiple times and each time am told "I will have someone will contact you", I then get an email saying the case has been updated:

"Hi Team,

Admin reached out to me to follow up on this case. They want to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Please reach out them and assist.

Thank you!"

Then I never hear from anyone. This is due to getting "You are currently not set up to use any Concur products. Contact your Concur Administrator for assistance." for several weeks so we are not able to do anything at all.

@ktrombley I found the case and sent a message to the person listed as the case owner. Hopefully they reply.

Hi Kevin, Yes it is 28054067. It is happening for all users and I am the Admin.

Initially they had stopped our auto payments for some reason and then deactivated our account but the skipped payments were made and they said it was reinstated but that doesn’t seem to be the case.

@ktrombley I messaged the person assigned to the case and they are looking into what is going on.
