Exception/Warning symbol color change

Please Concur change the color of the exception/warning symbol back to red.  The new color (awful brown) is very hard to look at and does not stand out.  I'm trying to add an image here but I keep getting this message: "Sorry, we could not complete your last action. Please try again later".  It wouldn't work yesterday either.

Hi @LKTSCJ ,

Changing the exception/warning icon color in SAP Concur is not a configurable setting and can only be addressed through a product enhancement request, which would require sufficient interest and votes from multiple clients.

If this answers your query, then please marks solution as accepted.

It seems the SAP Customer Influence link you included is only for SAP Concur employees. Am I missing something?

@LKTSCJ actually, the warning messages were never red. They actually used to be yellow. Red is designated for a hard stop alert/error exception, which is different from the warning alerts. These require something to be fixed, indicate missing required information or a violation of a company policy.

The "Sorry we couldn't complete your last action" message isn't caused by an exception alert based on a rule, it is a system error that could indicate an issue with our imaging service. It isn't a message related to your expenses.

Thank you,

Yes I understand the difference between hard stops that require correction before the expense report could be submitted.  I was speaking generically about the color of the triangle.  Maybe it used to be more of a reddish orange.    It used to look like this:

@LKTSCJ here is what I see. The first screenshot is from my own profile. The second screenshot is me signed into your profile and looking at your test report. The icons look the same.

I think the difference is in the screenshot you say "Now this", you have the line item selected as you can see the gray where in the first screenshot you can see the icon doesn't have the gray.

@KevinD -  Good catch Kevin!😅 It may have happened because that particular line is selected.

Thanks!

That's not why.  Here are the reports in our expense processor approval/audit queue.  My coworker sees the same color change.  It's not the color it used to be.  And the change just happened this week.  Very strange.

I don't have Global access in my processor queue, which is what you're showing.  Oh well, thanks for the exchange.

@LKTSCJ global access shouldn't affect the icons.

Maybe it is a monitor issue. I don't know. 🙂

My counterpart sees it the same so I know it's not just me or my monitor.  I also had a delegate create an expense report and hers is also the same:
