3rd party expense delegate

Hi there! Looking for help with my Concur account.

I'm a 3rd party worker who doesn't use Concur for company expenses, but I have been tasked by my manager to support with her expenses as a delegate. I have managed to get access to Concur, verified my email address, and have been informed by our HR that my account is active.

And yet, the top of my page still claims that "You are currently logged into a test instance of SAP Concur" and my manager cannot find my account when she tries to search for my name in Expense Delegate. Can you help me figure out the problem and how to fix it? Thanks in advance!

Hi @hana-v-radova ,

You are seeing the message “You are currently logged into a test instance of SAP Concur” because you are logged into the Concur Test instance. As a result, your manager is unable to search for your profile in Concur Production.

You can check with your HR and request them to create your profile in the Concur Production environment. Once HR confirms, you should be able to log in to Concur using your production login ID and ensure that it does not include the “.uat” suffix.

Login ID difference:

  • Concur Test login ID: xyz@domain.com.uat
  • Concur Production login ID: xyz@domain.com

How to identify the environment:
The Concur Test instance always displays a purple border, whereas the Production instance does not.

@hana-v-radova I would suggest contacting the person who provided you with your sign in credentials and let them know they set you up in the incorrect instance and that you need a profile in the production site.

Thank you,

Yes, it will work; however, please ensure that the production email/login address does not include the “.uat” suffix.

Thank you for the reply! Do I understand correctly that a fully new account must be set up in the correct environment? Will it work with the same email address that is already used for the .uat version?
