Fix: added com.concur.breeze to our App Protection policies for Android.

Reference: Android BYOD SAP Concur : r/Intune (reddit.com)

Employee also discovered a default Play Store browser labeled "work - Managed Account CB73".  This may or may not have contributed to the issue but was not initiated by our company.  Employee was approved to remove this "work" browser.

After fix was initiated, Employee was able to reinstall the SAP Concur Mobile app and successfully login.

As far as I'm aware, it is a personal device.   I found this article in the Concur help center.  Hoping our IT team knows what it means and can assist.  We have several people who utilize the mobile app but this is the first time I've heard of anyone getting the above error message.

This is the response I received from our head of IT.

"I may have found the policy needed. I have included Concur in the managed apps per reddit.  It that does not work I can exclude Concur and allow data transfer.  Also, per reddit."

He thinks it might be a specific version of Android that is causing the issue.  I am waiting for a response from the employee in question on whether the "include" worked or not.
