What’s new in Concur Travel?
The Q2 2025 new Concur Travel release is ready for qualifying customers to experience including:
- CVV capture allowed when Corporate Ghost Cards are used to book instant purchase fares in the new Concur Travel. All currently supported issuers’ cards will continue to be supported by Concur Travel. Please see the complete CVV management information here.

- Hotel content with Amadeus GDS, representing the completion for all the GDS content with Amadeus in the new Concur Travel.
- Car Direct Billing with Sabre GDS: With centralized and automated payment processes, users do not need to provide credit card details for rental car payments, thus minimizing errors and streamlining expense tracking.
- Ready-to-travel Indicator: The new Concur Travel guarantees that trip arrangements have been approved and processed by users’ TMCs, with all necessary information provided, preventing potential disruptions or complications.
- Major content and features released ahead of the Q1 product release, include:
- One-way faring functionality for Sabre GDS allows travelers to purchase a round trip as two separate one-ways. This allows users to mix-and-match flight options and create itineraries that perfectly align with their travel schedules, without the need to contact their TMC for additional changes. It applies to all airline brands in the ANZ market and is offered on both web and mobile versions of the new Concur Travel. Please note that this feature is currently limited to ANZ markets (Australia and New Zealand). It will be made available for Amadeus and Travelport+ as well as additional markets in future releases.
- New air content with NDC fares enabled for Sabre (Qantas, Singapore Airlines), Amadeus (LH Group, incl. Lufthansa, Air Dolomiti, Austria Airlines, Brussels Airlines, Discover Airlines & Swiss Air) and Travelport+ (British Airways).
- Market rollout expansion
- As of May 20, 2025, the Australia / New Zealand market has been enabled for configurations using Sabre GDS. All customers whose configuration is opted-in for each travel vertical can now receive the new Concur Travel experience. An adjustment may be required to use the new One-Way Faring feature for Air in this region. Please ask your administrator or TMC for more information.
- The Japan market is enabled with the June release
- Automatic Upgrades
- As announced in September 2024, eligible customers have been automatically upgraded to the new Concur Travel.
- As of April 25, 2025, automatic upgrades were delivered for all eligible configurations using Sabre Global Distribution System (GDS) for all supported markets excluding Asia, Africa, and Australia / New Zealand.
- Concur Travel will continue Automatic Upgrades that will address all remaining GDSs and markets (with Limitations and Exclusions still in effect) based on planned scheduled dates through the remainder of 2025.
- All timelines and upgrade conditions will be sourced on Concur Community throughout the year.
