Who do I call for help booking travel?

Please reach out to your Company Administrator or Travel Management Company (TMC) for booking assistance. Alternatively, if your company has User Support Desk, you can reach out to SAP Concur Support via the Support Portal, for assistance using the travel booking tool within SAP Concur. To find out if your company has this service:

  • Log in to your SAP Concur account
  • Click “Help” and then “Contact Support”
  • If your company has USD, you’ll be taken to the User Support Desk Portal

If you would like to have someone book travel on your behalf, or if your company is serviced directly through your travel agency instead of SAP Concur, please reach out to your Travel Management Company (TMC).


Non-User Support Desk customers should contact their internal SAP Concur Administrator or TMC for booking assistance.
