Starting in January of 2025, travelers from countries allowed to visit the United Kingdom (England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland) will be required to have an Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA). For now, this travel permit will be good for two years and allows the traveler to visit these countries for short-term visits. Short-term visits are considered any length of time less than six months.
The ETA will be tied to the passport used by the traveler when they applied for the ETA. Please confer with either your company's travel team or your company's travel agency to complete the application process.
Once obtained, you can add your ETA details to your SAP Concur Travel profile in the International Travel section. Use the Add a Visa option in this section and select ETA from the Visa Type drop-down.
