The Run Now option is not available to Administrators even with the "Import/Extract Monitor" role assigned. It is only available to Concur Client Support. To have an import file run prior to the Overnight Processing window, create a case with SAP Concur Support via the Support Portal or by calling the SAP Concur Support Admin hotline.
