To clear your cache in Chrome:
- Click the vertical ellipsis (three dots) in the upper right-hand corner of the browser window
- Select Settings.
- Under the Privacy and Security sections, click Clear browsing data.
- Click the dropdown arrow for the Time Range field.
- Select All Time.
- Be sure Browsing History and Cached Images and files are selected.
- Click Clear data.
To clear your cache in Firefox:
- Go to the Menu option in the upper right-hand corner of the browser window.
- Select History.
- Click Clear Recent History.
- Select Browsing and Download History, Cache, Form and Search History.
- Click the Time range to clear drop down arrow.
- Select Everything.
- Click OK.
To clear your cache in Microsoft Edge:
- Click the vertical ellipsis (three dots) in the upper right-hand corner of the browser window.
- Select Settings from the list of options.
- Under the Settings options, select Privacy, search, and services.
- Scroll down to the Clear browsing data section.
- Click the Choose what to clear button.
- Click the Time Range field dropdown arrow.
- Select All time.
- Be sure Browsing History, Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files are all selected.
- Click Clear now.
To clear your cache in Internet Explorer:
- Select the Gear Icon in the upper right-hand corner of the browser window.
- Select Internet Options.
- Be sure the Delete browsing history is checked under the Browsing History section.
- Click Delete.
- Select Preserve favorites website data, Temporary Internet files and website files, Cookies and website data and History.
- Click Delete.
- Click OK.
