You can add a personal or business credit card to your SAP Concur profile by signing in to the web-version of SAP Concur. Adding a card following the steps below is for expense reporting purposes and is not the same as adding a credit card to your Concur Travel profile.
Note: Business Cards and Corporate cards are not the same. Corporate credit cards should not be added using the steps outlined below.
To add a personal or business card to your profile:
1. From the SAP Concur home page, click your initials in the upper-right corner
2. On the window that appears, click Profile Settings.
3. From the Profile Settings page, under the Expense Settings section, click Expense Credit Cards.
4. Click Add a New Personal Card.
5. Read the User Agreement.
6. Click Accept.
7. Using the Search/Select field, enter your bank name to find your bank then select that bank when it appears.
8. Enter your banking username and password (the credentials you use to sign in to your online banking account).
9. Click Submit.
10. Wait for the wheels to stop spinning once you see your card.
11. Click Close.
By adding a personal or business credit card to your profile, you can have transactions from this card upload into your Available Expenses to be added to an expense report. The connection of your personal or business card to SAP Concur is done through a third-party so any issues with linking your card, will need to be submitted to SAP Concur Support who will submit a case on your behalf to the third party.
Reminder: Expense delegates cannot see transactions that have come in from credit cards that you have added through this method.
