How Can I Add Southwest Ticket Credits to My Profile?

Users can manually add their Southwest ticket credits into the Southwest Ticket Credit section of their Travel profile. 

To add your Southwest ticket credit:

1. When signed in to your SAP Concur profile, click your initials near the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
2. On the window that appears, click Profile Settings.
3. Select Personal Information underneath the Your Information section on the left side of the screen.
4. Scroll down to the Southwest Ticket Credit section.
5. Enter all required information, including; Southwest Record Locator, Expiration Date and Amount.
6. Click Save.

Note: If you do not see a Southwest Ticket Credit section on your Travel profile, it means your company hasn't allowed this option or it hasn't been configured.
