In her role as U.S. SMB Director of Client Marketing, Mandy Patterson-Milam develops integrated programs and strategies to keep a diverse array of SMB customers engaged, informed and getting the most out of their SAP Concur solutions. She, alongside a highly skilled client marketing team, create timely, relevant materials, videos, events and digital offerings that make a positive impact on our clients—whether that’s helping them improve efficiency, making better use of their data, or offering up ways to keep morale high in the new work-from-home culture. Client Success Managers & Client Sales Executives: 

Understanding you invested in SAP Concur to achieve specific goals within your business, our job is to ensure you accomplish these goals. Within our SAP Concur US SMB organization, your SAP Concur Client Success Managers and Client Sales Executives are an extension of your team, making sure you get the most from your SAP Concur solutions and see further success as you grow.

 

As your SAP Concur team, we work together to do two things:

  • Client Success Managers: Help you realize value and outcomes. They seek to understand your business needs and how you want SAP Concur to work best for you. Contact your Client Success Manager when you want to learn best practices, tips and to build strategies to get the most value from your solution(s)
  • Client Sales Executives: Help share valuable data driven insights and creative ideas on how to get even more value from SAP Concur enhanced services. They will monitor your usage and spot ways that SAP Concur can best align with your business goals
