I did a remote wipe with your PIN.
Kindly log on to your account on web and under Profile Settings, create a new PIN on 'Concur Mobile Registration' page. Once done try to log in again using the new PIN created.
I am having this issue again. I just got a new phone yesterday and can not login through the app. Only on internet browser. I did all the steps you mentioned with no luck. My user name is email@example.com

I am having the same problem as on previous posts. Today I can log on using a browser on laptop or tablet, but cannot log on using the app on either IPad or Android Phone. Have reinstalled app, reset password, and reset PIN. None are accepted.
Is there a solution that I can pass along to our company helpdesk? It would save them a lot of time.

Kindly provide me the login id of the affected user so I can check error logs. Based on the previous issues I was working on, I am noticing that most of these affected users are being locked out form their account.
