Kindly provide me your login id so I can check logs if your account is also locked out and will do a remote wipe of our PIN so you can create a new one.
I have the same problem
I have uninstalled, installed the app, reset PIN, but it's not letting me into the app again. Can I know the root of the problem?, this is the second time it happens, first time magically again allowed me after several retries to use it for few days. Is really helpful when you are traveling.
Same issue here. I wouldn't be surprised if I'm locked out of the mobile app (was trying to remember old password on a new phone install). Neither desktop password or mobile PIN are working.
Is there a timeout for when you get unlocked? If not, I'd appreciate your assistance. It appears that resetting your mobile PIN will not correct the locked out status.
