impossible to delegate

dear all, i was trying to add a colleague as delegate for travel and exp on concur (she will be my back during holidays, so she must have access to concur for all the ppl in my team, and she does not appears in the box where you put the name of the delegated person. any clue? thanks

I would verify that they have Travel Wizard and Expense User privilege's in their User Admin setup first. They may not have one of those boxes checked. If you are not an admin your Admin group should be able to see this to verify and add these to your colleague's profile.

@al79239 what are you wanting your colleague to do in the system for you? Approvals?

 

For expense approvals, this colleague would need to have the Expense Approver permission enabled on their profile. For Travel approvals you would need to use the Travel Vacation Reassignment option to allow this person to approve trips for you.

the problem is not about the approval for exp

I am the EA, and since i will be off, so i nee to delegate mu EA colleague in order to book travel and manage expenses for my colleagues in the team

@al79239 can you provide a screenshot of where you were trying to add this person as a travel delegate, please? Concur Expense and Concur Travel are different when it comes to acting as other users. Concur Expense uses Delegates. Concur Travel users Travel Arrangers/Assistants. These are found in two different places.

 

Your back up would need to be added as the Travel Arranger for all those they would need to book travel for and be added as the delegate for all those on your team. The system isn't set up to where your delegate or travel arranger is automatically the delegate and arranger for those you are assigned to.

hello Kevin, it make sense, and thanks for your prompt answer. I should add my colleague both for expense and travel, becuase she will be my back during my holydays
