how do I talk to a real person

I am a federal employee with the Forest Sercie. Apparently I need a usernam and password to submit my travel expenses (due today)

I don't have a username and password and cant set one up

I would like to be able to talk to a living person (the robot is incompetent)

@marlo the profile you need to submit your expenses needs to be set up by your company. My suggestion is to speak with your direct supervisor who should already have a profile and can tell you what the process is for requesting a profile be set up.

As an FYI...we here at SAP Concur are not allowed to set up individual user profiles. Profiles are regulated and managed internally at your company.
