expenses types

hello

some of the employees try to select the expense type personal mileage but on his system or profile don't appear only appears car fuel car parking car rental company car , other  in which  part i can add the others that fault.

The user may need to add a Vehicle Configuration in their Profile.  We have this feature in our system and if there is no vehicle listed in this section, then the personal milage expense type isn't an option.  Once a vehicle is added to their profile, then the expense type is visable.

hello do you know in wich part the employee can add this info?

@chery9 if available, the user would sign in to SAP Concur, click the initials in the upper right corner, then select Profile Settings. On the left side of the profile settings under Expense Settings, they would see a Personal Car Registration option. 

If they do not see this option, then the site configuration might be such that that it isn't available for these users.

@chery9 Thanks for posting in the SAP Concur Community. It could be due to your configuration as well. The user's Country of Residence, Reimbursement Currency and Employee Group in the profile must match the Country/Region, Employee Group (Applies to field) and Currency in Car Configuration.  Without an example, it is not possible to actively troubleshoot.
