Program Leakage

I have been asked by our executive team to give them the percentage of leakage for our travel program.  I have tried Travel Reports but those only give me information for travel booked in Concur.  I tried the Invisible Spend Details report but I know the majority of the travelers on that report did book through Concur or our TMC so this isn't helpful.  Is there a report that pulls information from expense reports for travel booked outside of Concur or our TMC.  I need to give them a percentage.

@bparlin I have something you can try that might work. Go into Cognos reporting. Start a new report and add Employee as the first data item. You can do this from Expense>Expense Reports>Report Header Information. Then open the Entry Information folder then add Expense Type. Next, go down to the Associated Trip Reservation folder. From this folder add Trip Name. Create a filter on Expense Type to only show Air, Car and Hotel. 

Run the report. If the user booked in Concur Travel, you would see a Trip Name appear and if they didn't, but added those three expenses to a report, the Trip Name would be blank.
