Can we change the existing policy workflow? such as remove one of the approver (procurement reviewer)

In SAP Concur Professional Edition, an authorized Administrator can modify an existing approval workflow to remove the Procurement Reviewer. The removal requires the workflow configuration permissions.

Administration → Expense → Expense Admin → Workflows.

1. Open the applicable approval workflow.
2. Identify the Procurement Reviewer approval step.
3. Review associated workflow rules and approval routing.
4. Test the revised workflow before applying it to production users.

Important: Obtain business approval before modifying the workflow.

Changes affect newly routed reports only and not the existing ones.

Changing a policy name and modifying its approval workflow are two separate configuration activities.

@elainefoo yes you can. If you go to the workflow itself you would simply click on the step you wish to remove. This should then enable the Remove button. Be sure any rules associated to this step are removed as well. If not, you might have some routing issues.
