Is there a good way to get a list of all users that are approvers, the indexes/groups they approve, and their manager?

I'm working with Cognos and just struggling to put it all together.

Can you please confirm my understanding?  

You need user list having approver role (Y), to what cost object/department they are assigned to, and approver's default manager.

If my understanding is correct then you can try below:

1. Query 1:

Go to Configuration folder >> Authorized Approver folder >> Authorized Approvers folder >> add required fields in table

2. Query 2:

Go to Expense folder >> Expense Reports >> Report Header Information >> Add employee, employee id

Go to Expense folder >> Expense Reports >> Additional Employee Details folder >> Add Default Approver, Default Approver ID

3.  Query 3:

Note - 

• wherever default approver id is blank, it means default approver is not assigned in those approver's profile.
• If limit/level/amount/currency is black it means those are not assigned as COA/AA. They are assigned as expense approver etc. To validate the same, you can go to user administration, search for the approver ID and check who is assigned as default approver in their profile. It should be displayed same as your Cognos report.
• This report might not be up to your expectations. This is just a sample report I have tried creating in our sandbox considering minimum required columns which I understood from your post. You can do the necessary modifications based on your requirements.

I've followed along, but when I go to view the tabular data, I get the following error:

I wont be able to check what is causing this error as I dont have access to your site. 

However, I can share cognos report code file with you over email. For that please check your personal message and respond there.

Follow below navigations to create report.

Role Required - Cognos Professional Author

• Under Team Content >> Click New + (top right) >> Report
• Select and double click Blank template >> select Concur Data Warehouse Source >> Open
• Click 3 dots (top right, beside Properties) >> Click 1st Option (Open report from clipboard) >> Popup window (click No) >> Copy paste Code given in my text file >> Click OK.
• Save report by clicking Save as (top left corner save icon)
• Run the report (top left 5th icon after edit option)

You will get the report as shown in my previous response.

Thank you so much for the code - I was able to get it to run.

It includes the Default Approver ID - very useful - however, I'm still getting an error when I try to add in either the Default Approver name, or the Default Approver email - is there still a step I'm missing? I am just adding it on the Report > Pages section where all of the fields are listed.
