General availability for the API Identity API

Hello,

We wanted to check the timelines regarding the general availability of the API Identity v4.1. 

Currently, the documentation says that this API is only available in the EU2 and US2 data centers.

@sidhantmahajan I have reached out to our Web Services team to ask if they can provide any insight on general availability as currently it is only available to partners that have been granted access by SAP Concur.  I will follow-up with any information I receive.

@sidhantmahajan I did get confirmation from our team, that Identity 4.1 is in General Availability.  The documentation states the standard disclaimer that all APIs have. You cannot use any API without some sort of contract in place, either a partner agreement or a web services contract.   You should be able to access this now.

Thank you so much, @TriciaW, for your kind response! However, my question was regarding the general availability of the API Identity v4.1 across all data centers and the plan to release it across all DCs. The documentation says this API is only available in the EU2 and US2 data centers.
