SAP Concur / IAS connection

Hello everyone,

I would need your kind help in addressing an issue we are encountering lately.

We are trying to connect SAP Concur with IAS in order to have an unified SSO. Consider that our architecture have SAP SSF as Master Data for employee, the integration between SSF and Concur will run through a third part middleware on the client side.

We establish the trust between IAS and Concur then we create manually a user in Concur in order to try to access via IAS.

However, we still receive the following error:

“Sorry, something went wrong. We encountered an error processing your request. If you continue to experience problems, please contact your Company Administrator or Help Desk.”

Hi @alnigro ,

Similar issue we faced for one of our client and later during investigation we found that it has happen due to wrong basic attribute configuration in IAS system. 

Can you please confirm whether: 

1. you have considered employee's email address (IAS) as login id in Concur

OR

2. Login name is in email format (in IAS) are used as login id in Concur. 

For case #1: do the following configuration in IAS

For case #2: do the following configuration in IAS

Please check which case is applicable for you and do the changes accordingly. Let me know if issue get resolved or still persists.
