@Deana you should be able to change the email that is listed here on your community profile. However, you can only have one email listed at a time. I would recommend keeping your company email until that changes. However, when/if the time comes, click your avatar in the upper right corner. From the menu options, select My Settings. On the My Settings page, look for the Email sub-tab. Here you can enter a new email.
