Hi @lzconcep ,
There is no option to export list items from list management.
However, if needed you can export list items by creating custom report in Cognos.
If this answers your query, then please mark solution as accepted.

@PoojaKumatkar Thank you Pooja. That was going to be my next step, but I though I'd ask first if there maybe an easier and readily available option.

Hi @mhanel ,
Role Required - Cognos Professional Author
1. Click on Content folder >> click on New + button (top right corner) >> Click on Report >> click on Create button
2. Select a Source + (left hand side pane blue button) >> pop up window appears >> select Concur Data warehouse >> click on Open button
3. From the middle pane select a widget type "List" >> pop up window >> click ok
4. From left side pane >> expense "Expense" folder >> Expand "Lists" folder >> Expand "Custom and Connect Lists" folder
5. Drag and drop fields - List, List Item, List Item Short Code, List Level (optional and if list is connected list), List Item Deleted Flag (optional)
6. Once drag in table >> select List column header and apply filter to search for the list name.
Hope this helps.
