Please fix this software update. Not user-friendly in the slightest. Will take an entire day to finish an expense report.

While the community is a valuable resource for information and assistance, there are certain types of issues that may be challenging to resolve effectively in this environment. Here are some examples:

  1. Sensitive Personal Information :

    • Avoid sharing sensitive personal information such as addresses, phone numbers, or financial details. This platform is public, and privacy should be a priority.
  2. Legal or Ethical Issues:

    • Discussions or requests that involve illegal activities, ethical dilemmas, or any content that goes against OpenAI's use-case policy are not appropriate.
  3. Urgent or Critical Situations:

    • If you are dealing with a critical situation that requires immediate attention, such as a medical emergency or a security issue, the community may not be the fastest or most appropriate channel for assistance. Please contact the relevant authorities or seek professional help.
  4. Account-specific or Technical Support Issues:

    • Community members may provide general advice, but account-specific or technical support issues for specific products or services are best addressed through official customer support channels.
  5. Extensive Coding or Debugging Assistance:

    • While community members may assist with coding questions, complex debugging or troubleshooting may be better suited for dedicated coding forums or platforms where in-depth discussions and code sharing are more feasible.
  6. Company-specific Policies or Decisions:

    • If you have issues related to specific company policies, decisions, or actions, the community might not be the appropriate platform to address them. Direct communication with the company's support channels may be more effective.
  7. Educational or Employment Decisions:

    • Personal decisions related to education, career choices, or employment situations may require personalized advice that goes beyond the scope of this platform.

Remember that the community is a place for information exchange, collaboration, and support, but there are limitations to what can be effectively addressed here. Always use discretion and, when needed, seek professional advice or contact relevant authorities for specific issues.

@ingenxtec I would amend your fourth item a bit as myself and our other two moderators do have access to our customers' sites and can provide assistance/information about the issue.

Thank you,
