Concur Slow Response

Very slow response then unexpected error message comes up. I have tried using all different browser but the same issue. I cleared the cache and cookies already, my internet is wired and not an issue. I already created a ticket which the tech support said they will monitor the issue but nothing happens and it has been like this for days. It makes it so difficult to work. What should I do?

Hi Kevin, thanks for the follow-up. It seems to be working fine now. I'm not sure if the tech support did something.
